School closure Monday 19th September

Following the sad news of the passing of Queen Elizabeth II we would like to inform you that we will be closed for the state funeral on Monday 19th September.

School will reopen Tuesday 20th September.

Welcome back!

We hope you have all had a lovely summer holiday!
Where have the past 6 weeks gone?
Children return to school on Wednesday and remember the morning bell will now ring at 8:45!
Home time remains the same at 3:15.
(Can we also ask that you are mindful of parking on Langley Road and the surrounding areas at these times)
Please make sure your child has their PE kit in school, if you are not sure what this should contain please check our school website.
PLEASE make sure that all uniform, shoes, PE kits, hats, etc are labelled!!
We can appreciate a lovely jazzy backpack but please be mindful of the size and if it is actually necessary for the things that will be inside. If you would like to purchase a school book bag contact the office.
We look forward to seeing you all Wednesday morning!

At this time of year we usually get many requests from prospective parents to view the school to see if it feels right for their child.  Sadly, this year we cannot conduct tours of the school so we have posted a virtual tour on our Parents page for new families considering Newton Hall Infants’ School.  The staff so enjoyed looking at the video that we thought you might like to see it too.  It’s only the building, no children but still entertaining.
