What a fantastic week we have had in school. We all enjoyed celebrating school’s 50th anniversary. The children and staff looked amazing, a party lunch was thoroughly enjoyed and we can officially reveal the name our owl… Feathers! I think the children were pleased we didn’t celebrate the anniversary in the same way the school originally did. The staff and six children enjoyed the celebrations and the rest of the children were sent home! School has been lucky enough to have kept the original log book and it is an important part of our history.
We would like you to join us in saying a tremendous thank you to our P.T.A., who despite not being able to come into school, continue to support us. They continue to plan fun activities and contributed to our mascot ‘Feathers.’ We really appreciate their support.
We appreciate parking at school can be problematic. Please be mindful not to block pavements or local residents houses.
We have a very busy half-term in school.
